25,000 Sockeye hit the river on Tuesday.  We should be in fresh tasty salmon for the next several weeks.  That is, if we can take the time away from chasing rainbows.  One of Stacy’s anglers hooked chromer sockeye while trout fishing yesterday.  They went straight to the bank for sashimi.  Lots of nice 24″ to 29″ rainbows this week.  Here are a few pictures I have received from earlier in July.
